Where you have been is important for understanding where you are today, but where you want to go will be the focus of our work.

My style is very direct, but nurturing. If you think that you can’t change because “that’s the way I have always been,” you will stay stuck. As George Bernard Shaw said, “Progress is impossible without change; and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.” I will help you to see things differently so that you feel empowered to do things differently.
